Swype LLC (“Swype,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website at swypex.net and publishes the mobile game Rescue Blast Saga (together, the “Services”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the website, sign up for launch updates, play the game, or contact us.

Information we collect or that service providers process
Website and launch-update signup
The website’s “Notify me” form asks for an email address and a device preference (iPhone or Android). We use these details to manage the launch-notification list and send the launch update you requested. We do not use the list for unrelated advertising or sell it.
The website host and form provider may process technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate the website or form, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error logs. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used to operate or secure the site and form.
Game progress and account information
Rescue Blast Saga is intended for players age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. The game does not require a player account and does not include social features. Game progress is saved locally on the player’s device and is not synchronized to a Swype account or server. Uninstalling the game or clearing its app data may erase local progress.
The developer reports that the game does not request device permissions and does not include separate analytics or crash-reporting services. The game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising. Device information may still be processed by an SDK without a runtime permission prompt.
Advertising and AdMob
AdMob’s Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share information such as the device’s IP address, app interactions (for example, app launches, taps, and video views), performance diagnostics, and device or account identifiers. Google describes these data uses as supporting advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. The exact data processed may depend on the SDK version, features, and settings used in the game. We will configure ad requests and ad content to match the game’s declared 13+ audience and applicable privacy laws and Google Play requirements. If we learn that a user is under 13, or a user’s age is unknown and applicable rules require child-directed protections, we will apply the required ad safeguards. We will not use interest-based advertising or remarketing for child users where prohibited.
Purchases
The game offers optional purchases such as premium currency, boosts, and removing ads. Purchases are handled through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes transactions and payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Swype does not store payment-card details. Based on the information currently available, purchase tokens and records are not sent to or stored on Swype’s servers. The game uses purchase status to provide the item or feature purchased. Contact us with purchase questions; transaction or refund requests may need to be handled through Google Play.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use this information to respond and address your request. Please do not send sensitive information unless we request it for a specific support need.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the Services; manage the launch-update list and send the update requested; provide customer support; display and measure ads through AdMob; deliver purchases through Google Play Billing; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and protect our rights and the safety of users.
Children’s privacy
Rescue Blast Saga is intended for players age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We handle information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Google Play requirements. The game’s audience declaration, ad settings, and actual data practices must match this policy.
If we learn that a user is under 13, or a user’s age is unknown and applicable rules require child-directed protections, we will apply the required safeguards. We do not knowingly sell children’s personal information or use it for interest-based advertising or remarketing where prohibited.
The website launch-update form collects an email address and device preference. It is not designed to collect contact information directly from children under 13. If you are under 13, ask a parent or guardian to sign up using their own email. If we learn that a child has provided personal information without any consent required by law, we will take steps to delete it or obtain the required parental consent. Parents or guardians may contact support@swypex.net with questions or deletion requests.
When information is shared
We share information with service providers when needed to operate the Services. The game uses Google AdMob for advertising and Google Play Billing for purchases. The website host and form provider may process information needed to operate the site and signup form. These providers may process information under their own privacy practices to provide their services, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements.
We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect people or property, investigate fraud or security issues, enforce our agreements, or complete a business transfer, subject to applicable law.
Retention and deletion
We retain launch-list information until we have sent the launch update and handled related requests, then delete it unless we need to retain it for a legal, security, or operational reason. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Game progress is stored locally on the player’s device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its app data may erase local progress or other local game data. You may request access to or deletion of information Swype holds by emailing support@swypex.net. Google Play may retain transaction information under its own policies.
Privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to opt out of certain advertising or data uses. To make a request, email support@swypex.net with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may ask for information needed to verify the request and will respond as required by applicable law. If applicable law provides an appeal right and we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and the relevant law applies, our legal basis for processing may include consent, providing a requested service, compliance with law, and legitimate interests such as securing the Services. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. Where required, we will use an appropriate legal mechanism and safeguards for international transfers.
Residents of California and other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Security
